The Parks, Library and Recreation (PLR) Board meets the second Tuesday of each month to address issues related to the City's parks, cemetery, forestry, library, recreation center, recreation programs and museum.

The board advises the Director of PLR on a variety of topics and also has the power to adopt rules and regulations related to parks, library and recreation facilities and programs.

The PLR Board welcomes public input. If you have a question or concern, you can attend a regular monthly meeting or contact any one of the board members listed in this brochure. You can also call or drop by the Parks, Library and Recreation Office located upstairs in City Hall at 421 North 4th Street.
